Shipping Information
International Watchman will ship each order within 48 hours of receipt. All orders will be shipped the most effective way, unless otherwise indicated. Should you be in need of a special delivery service, International Watchman will be more than happy to comply with your request. All packages carry insurance and are shipped F.O.B. Cleveland, Ohio.
U.S. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be determined by weight, size, dimension, insured value and destination.
International Shipping Charges: International Orders are accepted and will be shipped the most cost effective way. Shipping Includes Tracking and Insurance... Confirmed Shipping address is needed on all orders..... International Payment is accepted through Bank Checks or Bank Wires Only - In U.S. Funds...No PayPal or Credit Cards... Shipping charges will be determined by weight, size, dimension, insured value and destination.
Return Policy
Return Shipping: All items must have an RMA number and be returned with tracking only and in the same New unused, unworn condition as purchased. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges and must have prior authorization before returning any item(s).
Restocking Fee: All items returned to International Watchman will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the sale price. No Returns accepted at the Wholesale or Close-Out prices.
Credit Card Refunds: All returns using Credit Cards for purchase, will be credited back to the same credit card.
Returns: Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt. All items must be in unused condition and unopened. NO returns on BRACELETS or TOOL Sales. All bracelets and tool sales are final, along with all wholesale purchases. All other returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, of the total sale price, plus all shipping charges incurred. International Watchman Inc. will not issue cash back or credit card refunds, without applicable fees and charges debited. Only exchanges or full in store credit will be issued at our discretion. .

To insure the highest quality control, all watches are inspected and are free from scratches, or imperfections. They have been factory tested and retested prior to shipping. Extended Purchased Warranty excludes; timing issues,crystal(s), watchstrap or bracelet, stem and crown.
Any alterations, modifications or tampering of merchandise as well as any 3rd Party transactions (sales or redistribution of watches) or improper use voids any and all guarantees and or implied warranties.
*Factory Defects: These are mechanical watches and are subject to variances in timing. They may not be as accurate as a Quartz Movement, and with this well noted, International Watchman, Inc. strives to meet the industries standards, but does not imply any said warranty or guarantee of any kind concerning timing issues.
All watches are tested for water resistance in their proper state. (tightened screw down crown, and tightened case back) Due to possible customer neglect or mishap, International Watchman Inc. is NOT responsible for any water leakage, condenstaion or water damage.
